Back On Track
Getting You Back On Track

When illness or a disability changes your life, we are here to lend a helping hand in getting you back on track.  We can help cover the cost of essential home improvements or the purchase of necessary equipment designed to make your life easier, including essential white goods.

Helping Out
Helping Out Families

Our support is extended to families of staff members and includes support for carers and partners who need it too, including helping meet the costs of travel to and from hospital appointments or family therapy or counselling.

How We Help

Find out More

Essential property repairs for a member of staff with a terminal illness

When a member of staff received a terminal diagnosis we stepped in to make sure that all essential repairs to their home were completed and paid for, leaving them with one less thing to worry about.

Converted bathroom for gentleman who had taken ill-health retirement

We were pleased to have been able to help a member of staff who had to take unplanned retirement due to ill health by paying for a new accessible wetroom to be installed in his home.

Family holiday prior to a child having life-saving surgery

When faced with a sad prognosis for their child, we helped treat this family to the holiday of a lifetime before major surgery, allowing them time to relax together and recharge their batteries.

Provide essentials to a member of staff made homeless due to violence

Living with domestic violence is something no one should have to do.  Which is why we were happy to be able to help a member of staff who needed help starting a new life, living in safety.

Bought replacement white goods for pensioners

When we were contacted by a member of staff to help her elderly parents who had fallen on hard times, we helped them replace their white goods so they could continue to live independently in their own home.
